2. Interior doors are slab door with provincial trim, louvered bifold doors on closets, painted. Lock sets are polished brass finish with knob handles.

3. Windows and sliding patio doors are heavy gauge aluminum with single glazing Marble window sills.

4. Stainless steel sink in kitchen. Oval enameled steel sink in bathrooms. Single lever, Moen faucets throughout. Shower stalls are ceramic-tiled with shower doors. Bathtubs are enameled steel with ceramic tile enclosures. Vanity mirrors, Medicine cabinets.

5. Plastic laminated European style Kitchen cabinets with oak poll bar and laminated counter top. Plastic laminated European style Vanities (White only) with pall handles and laminated counter top. Carpet with padding per/samples. Vinyl floors: bathrooms, foyer, kitchen (per samples).

7. Wall paint; latex flat, trims are semigloss.

8. Appliances are made by Kenmore:
Self-cleaning oven, 18 cubic foot refrigerator with ice-maker, dishwasher with pot and pan scrubber, vented range hood w/2 speed fan control, and disposal.
9. Pre-wiring for telephone and cable TV as per plans.

10. Pre-wiring for ceiling fans. (Bedrooms & Living Room)

11. 2 car garage wired for electric remote opener.
