They are designed and intended to make everyone's stay at San Remo a safe, enjoyable and worthwhile experience. Thank You. BEACH & POOL FACILITIES: All members in good standing are entitled to use the beach and pool facilities at San Remo. All members and their guests must abide by the rules established by resort from time to time regarding the use of these facilities and all members end their guests must be courteous of other club members end guests at all times. MEMBERSHIP FEES:All membership fees must be paid current to use the BEACH AND BOATING CLUB, and the VACATION CLUB. If a member drops out of the club and wishes to re enter, and if the member is accepted. the fees will be that of any other new member at the time. The member may sell or assign any remaining rights under the membership, but only if the purchaser agrees to abide by all the rules and regulations of the Club. The interest may also be bequeathed. GUESTS: Each membership entitles the family to bring TWO guests per visit. Members are responsible for the conduct of their guests. If the member occupied a unit the number of their guests is limited to the capacity of the unit. Children under 21 must be accompanied by an adult. CHANGING ROOMS: Members anb their Guests may use the changing rooms available at some participating member resorts to change their clothes, but not to st0re their belongings. Home Innovation Association, and participating members resorts are not responsible for any personal items of a member or a members quest. BOAT RENTALS: Power boats (21 to 26 feet) are available to Members at deeply discounted rates through a program offered to club members by BOAT CLUB OF AMERICA. Beet Club of America will rent power boats to club members for $10.00 per hour (4 hour minimum). In addition to the rental fee, members must pay for the gas that they use.
DISCOUNTED RESERVATIONS:bers in good standing, with 100% of their annual dues paid up, am entitled to make Discounted Resenatlons of units at participating member resorts on the following basis: Members can make reservation requests for any dates they may want as far in advance as they want at the appropriate DISCOUNTED RATE off the Rack Rates published by participating member resorts. These reservations are not guaranteed however unless the member makes a deposit at the time of the reservation equal to at least 1/3 of the reservation total. Children under the age of 5 years old at the time of check-in are not subject to the per person per day fee. RESERVATION CANCELLATION & NO SHOWS: Reservations canceled less than 30 days prior to check in will be subject to a cancellation penalty equal to 100% of the reservation total. The resort will offer to reschedule the reseration. Members who mate a reservation and do not check in will be charged for the reservation in total. The Member agrees that these charges will be automatically billed to the Member's credit cad or account. No other reservations by that Member will be accepted until the account is cleared. PARKING PASS: All parting passes and beach club identification tags must be picked up at the front desk. The members will sign in and leave their driver's Iicense which will be returned when the parking passes and tags are returned. Then will also be a US$15.00 charge for any tags not returned. Passes as valid for only the one visit and can be picked up by the member only. SUBJECT TO CHANGE: These Rules and Regulation am subject to change at any time at the sole discretion of H.I.A. As a propective member of the San remo Beach & Boating Club, at the time of your check-in on your first visit, you will be asked to sign this statement, indicating your understanding and acceptance of the above Rules & regulations. This is a requirement for membership and will not be waived. |
