All Units: balconies view of Gulf of Mexico; Fully equipped kitchen with microwave, tea/coffee maker, dish, pots & pans, silverware, dishwasher, etc. Use of exercise room, laundry room, barbecue area, volley ball, boat ramp, Cable TV and phone service. Beautiful sandy beach, heated pool & hot tub directly on beach.
Reservations: a deposit equal to 3 nights (or the total due if reservation is for less than 3 nights) is required to confirm the reservation and the balance is due at time of check-in.
Cancellations: if reservation is canceled less than 30 days prior to check-in deposit will be forfeited as a cancellation penalty. No refund of any deposits will be made on reservations made less than 30 days prior to check-in.
Security Deposit: A security/key deposit of $100.00 (or a credit card imprint) must be presented at check-in. Price includes membership fees but DOES NOT include applicable taxes; prices are subject to change without notice. Minimum stay - Holidays, for 3 days
Location: San Remo is located approximately 30 minutes from the Tampa international Airport and 20 minutes from the St. Petersburg/Clearwater airport. Disney World is only about 90 minutes from San Remo. Walk to restaurants, lounges, shopping plazas, tennis & stores. We are conveniently close to boat rentals, charter fishing, golf courses, etc.
Directions: Take Interstate 75 or I-4 to I-275. Then take I-475 to Exit 15 (Park Blvd./Gulf Beaches) then go west to beach. Turn left on Gulf Blvd. go approx. 1/2 miles south. San Remo is located at 18320 Gulf Boulevard on the right (beach side of the road). We are located on the beaches at the Redington Shores/Indian Shores border.
