Internet Installation Services

Access Installation in Pinellas and Hillsborough Counties, Florida.

Sun Coast Web, Inc. is available to provide its own users and customers from other ISPs (Internet Service Providers) with client-side software/hardware services.

In particular, CFTnet, (Florida's FIRST Internet Provider) is referring Sun Coast Web to perform installation services for Internet Access Software to CFT customers and others located throughout Pinellas County having such needs.

Our Services:

Currently we can accomplish the following tasks, either on-site or at our facility:

dial-up and browser software installation & configuration.

basic hardware installation, replacement & troubleshooting.

PC hardware or software upgrades.

other Internet telecommunications services/consulting.

Operating Systems such as;

• MS-DOS, Windows 3.XX, 95, NT
• Apple Mac System 7.0 and above, PowerPC platforms.

Browser, Dial-up and E-Mail Software/packages such as;

• Netscape Navigator,
• Microsoft Internet Explorer,
• NCSA Mosaic,
• Netmanage Chameleon,
• Trumpet Winsock,
• Internet-in-a-Box,
• MS-Exchange and MS-Mail,
• Eudora and Eudora Light,
• Lotus cc:Mail,
• America Online's AOLnet,
• Compuserve's CIM,
• Prodigy,
• other ISP Software, as requested,
• SpryNet, Earthlink, Mindspring, Netcom NetCruiser,
• and last, but not least, EZ-CFT from CFTnet.

We work on an appointment-only basis both on-site (sorry, Pinellas & Hillsborough Counties only) and through our "store-front" location at our offices in downtown Clearwater, at:

At least a 48-hour advance notice is needed for an appointment (no walk-ins please). Once an appointment is set, we will be at the designated place and time. Our hours of operations are Monday through Friday 9 AM to 5 PM. Appointments for other hours are taken on a case-by-case basis. Some weekend hours may be available. Please inquire.

At our location, the minimum hourly labor rate is $50 (with a 1 hour minimum) On-site we charge a min. rate of $75 per hour. This does not include software (except for the free ISP-supplied packages, which we can provide), parts or materials.

Most installs for new dial-up access can be done in one hour (not including any hardware-related work).
